User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with the services

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you
• Hariimpex retains ownership of all processes, methodologies, and tools used
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• You grant us a license to use your brand materials for the purpose of providing services

Service Guarantee and Limitations

While we strive to deliver exceptional results:

• We do not guarantee specific results or rankings in search engines
• Digital marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for third-party platform changes or policies
• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hariimpex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hariimpex and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
